Remanufacturing a press consists of the following:

• Total inspection of components and frame
• Dismantled and cleaned, primed and painted
• All bearings replaced.
• Crankshaft is magnafluxed and machined to new specifications
• Press is retrofitted with an Air Clutch and Spring Set
• All new air transmission (dual air valve, air pressure switch and tubing).
• Press is retrofitted with completely updated electrical systems including: main motor controls/operator remote station or electrical controls (Honeywell/Wintriss)
• The press is equipped with an automatic lubrication system to all bearing services.

• After total retrofit the press is test run and adjusted.
• Made ready for your production needs.
